In particular, in the field of medical, pharmacy, biotechnology (biotech) or agriculture, etc., there is a great need for this field (R&D). Not only that, we need a policy to recruit international experts and scientists with high professional qualifications. The purpose is to design & implement R&D strategy in a scientific, methodical & professional manner, to raise the stature of the business, as well as to contribute to the creation of “national products”, in order to increase the nation’s image & branding.
I have been in contact with a lot of experts and scientists of Vietnamese origin who have high expertise and are extremely enthusiastic about bringing their experience and knowledge to contribute to the country.
But, the research & development (R&D) process takes time & finance to implement. In particular, finance is the biggest barrier that Businesses in particular, as well as State management in general, do not have much budget for this R&D field.
That’s why I created the Project: Scientific research, biotechnology (biotech) in agriculture.
Goals:
– Attracting scientists and scientists from developed countries (USA, UK, Australia, Canada …) to Vietnam to serve.
– Contributing to improving the quality of products to serve people.
